About FHISP
Follow HIS Plan (FHISP) Youth Residential Services, LLC is a developing residential youth program dedicated to providing a safe, structured, and supportive home environment for up to seven (7) male youth ages 12–18.
Founded by a Licensed Master Social Worker and U.S. Veteran, FHISP is committed to helping young people overcome challenges, build resilience, strengthen family connections, and achieve their full potential.
FHISP utilizes a trauma-informed, youth-centered approach that promotes emotional well-being, personal accountability, educational success, life skills development, and healthy relationships. The program is designed to provide individualized support in a home-like setting where youth can develop the skills necessary for successful transitions into adulthood.

FHISP's mission is to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that empowers youth to develop life skills, strengthen family connections, overcome challenges, and build a foundation for lifelong success.
FHISP Youth Residential Services, LLC is currently completing the Alabama licensing process and plans to operate a Moderate Residential Program serving up to seven (7) male youth ages 12–18, providing quality care, professional oversight, and supportive services that promote positive outcomes for youth and families.

Program Approach
Once licensed, FHISP Youth Residential Services will provide care in a small, structured home-like setting designed to support stability, personal growth, and positive development. The program is designed to offer individualized attention within a supportive environment that encourages responsibility, personal development, and healthy decision-making.
Rather than a large institutional environment, the program focuses on creating a supportive atmosphere where youth can feel safe, respected, and encouraged to grow.

- 24- Hour Supervision (Safe and structured support)
- Life-skills Development (Independent living preparation, responsibility, and decision-making
- Educational Support (School coordination, tutoring, and academic encouragement)
- Family engagement (Support for reunification and healthy family connections)
- Sibling Placement (When appropriate and approved by the placing agency)
- Parenting & Substance Abuse Education (Planned future education services for youth, parents, and families)
- Optional faith-based guidance and spiritual support
Leadership
Follow HIS Plan (FHISP) Youth Residential Services, LLC was founded by a Licensed Master Social Worker with more than a decade of experience in social services, behavioral health, and correctional mental health services. Leadership is committed to trauma-informed care, positive youth development, and maintaining a supportive home environment that promotes that stability, personal growth, and optional faith-based support for youth and families who choose to participate.
Referral Information
Upon completion of the DHR licensing process, Follow HIS Plan (FHISP) Services, LLC anticipates accepting referrals from child welfare agencies, behavioral health providers, and community partners.
NOTICE: Follow HIS Plan (FHISP) Youth Residential Services, LLC is currently in the development and licensing phase. Services will begin after all required approvals are obtained.
