Follow HIS Plan (FHISP) Youth Residential Services, LLC is a developing residential program dedicated to providing a safe, structured, nurturing, and trauma-informed home for up to seven (7 to 10) youth ages 12–18.

Founded by a Licensed Master Social Worker and U.S. Veteran, FHISP empowers youth through individualized support, life skills, education, family engagement, and leadership development to help them build successful, independent futures.

Once licensed, FHISP Youth Residential Services will provide care in a small, structured, home-like environment designed to promote safety, stability, healing, and personal growth. Our trauma-informed, youth-centered approach emphasizes individualized support, healthy relationships, accountability, and the development of skills needed for successful, independent adulthood.

Program Services

• 24-Hour Supervision – Safe, structured care with trained staff in a supportive, home-like setting.

• Life Skills Development – Daily living skills, financial literacy, healthy decision-making, and preparation for independent living.

• Academic Support – Educational advocacy, tutoring, school collaboration, and encouragement to promote academic success.

• Family Engagement – Strengthening family relationships, improving communication, and supporting reunification when appropriate.

• Career Exploration – Exposure to entrepreneurship, technology, agriculture, public safety, career pathways, and workforce readiness.

• Sexual Health and Prevention Education – Age-appropriate education on healthy relationships, personal boundaries, consent, responsible decision-making, pregnancy prevention, and sexually transmitted infection prevention.

• Human Trafficking Prevention and Awareness – Education on recognizing grooming, exploitation, unsafe situations, online risks, and warning signs of human trafficking, along with guidance on seeking help and reporting concerns.

• Community Partnerships – Positive mentorship and enrichment opportunities with educators, law enforcement officers, firefighters, local businesses, service organizations, and community leaders.

• Optional Spiritual Guidance – Faith-based encouragement, Bible study, prayer, and connections to local faith communities for youth and families who choose to participate.
